Accomodation for the SI 2006

Notice

  1. The numbers of 'Room' column are not the room numbers but just the counting numbers.
  2. The invited lecturers stay at the Youngildae Hilton Hotel. The accomodation fee is included in the financial support for the travel and we will pay it to the APCTP at the moment of registration. You check-in/check-out at the hotel by yourselves.
  3. For other participants who stay at the Youngildae Hilton Hotel, the acomodation fee is partly supported. You check-in/check-out at the hotel and should pay 40,000 won per night to APCTP when you register. (Please do not pay it to the hotel!)
  4. Participants who stay at the Sangnamkwan (Student Dormitories #20) have to check-in at the Dormitory Office (Student Dormitories #14) after 1:00 p.m.. For the location of the Sangnamkwan (Student Dormitories #20) and the Dormitory Office (Student Dormitories #14), please refer to this picture. When you check-out, you have to go the same office before 11:00 a.m.. You should pay 20,000 won per night to the APCTP when you register.
  5. Participants who stay at the Faculty APT (Guest House) have to check-in at the front office of the APT (#5) after 1:00 p.m.. When you check-out, you have to go the same office before 11:00 a.m.. You should pay 20,000 won per night to the APCTP when you register.
  6. Most students will stay at Ramada hotel, two persons sharing a room. You have to check-in/check-out at the hotel but need not pay the accomodation fee, which is fully supported.
  7. Student participants who stay at the Sangnamkwan or the Faculty APT need not pay the accomodation fee either.
  8. If there is any correction needed, especially on the date of arrival and departure, please let us know immediately.
