This is the 2nd workshop of 2023 APCTP-TRP program, Physics of the Early Universe. The program aims to promote discussions and collaborations among domestic researchers in the field of particle cosmology. Broadly speaking, it would cover topics of inflation, baryogenesis, dark matter phenomenology, gravitational waves, cosmological implications of various theories of the beyond the standard model, including some topics of particle physics phenomenology and astroparticle physics. In this occasion, we will discuss some cosmological aspects of axions and primordial black holes.
